Our guest speaker this month is Marie Logan, Director of BAS Operations & Resource Management. She will present a session on Tools for Innovation and Inclusion. Participants will be invited to learn and practice tools for innovation and inclusion during the session, and by the end will understand how to use these effective methods for engaging staff members in their everyday work and feel comfortable initiating their use, whether they are a manager or an individual contributor. Marie originally learned about these tools during a meeting at the CSU Chancellor’s Office and then learned more about them at a national conference where she made connections with people from all over the country who are using them with great success. Come and find out how to more effectively and inclusively engage your colleagues.
